We contact and confirm the availability of the musicians you have chosen, coordinate their arrival and set-up time, make sure they come dressed to your specifications and pay them for their service. All you do is enjoy their music.WHERE ARE MUSICIANS PLAY
Private events including weddings, receptions, openings, festivals, corporate events, small and large parties & dinner dances and charitable events open to the public. SUBMITING A REQUEST
Just complete the Event Information Form on this Website and you will receive a quote within two business days. WHAT MUSICIANS CHARGE
From as little as $200 to over $2,000, depending on number of musicians booked, time away from their home base and travel expenses, if any. Organizations and corporations recognized by the IRS as non-profit receive significant discounts.THE BOOKING PROCESS
Clients may reserve musicians by signing an Agreement to Perform contract. This is accompanied with a non-refundable deposit equal to one half the total fee. The balance is due 30 days prior to your event.
